"E-sign works, but the process feels clunky"
The e-signature feature gets the job done, but setting up fields and sending documents can feel a bit confusing at times. I also got the impression that nobody really read my message when I asked about it, which made the whole experience feel a little frustrating. It’s not bad overall, but the steps could definitely be smoother

"Solid OCR, less cleanup"
Foxit’s OCR has been great for my scanned PDFs. It picks up tiny text better than I thought it would, and Word exports stay close to the original layout. Way less fixing after.

"Docs that are actually easy to follow"
I mostly use foxit for PDF work , and the help pages have been easy to use . I can usually find what I need without digging around forever . Even when I’m in a hurry , the guides and learning materials are clear enough to follow . Overall , it’s been a good experience .

"Decent, but reliability and ownership could be clearer"
Foxit works fine for me most days, but it has crashed a few times when I’m dealing with larger PDFs, which is frustrating when I’m trying to move quickly. It’s not a terrible tool by any means, but I wish it felt a bit more reliable. Also, when something does go wrong, it’s not always clear who actually owns the issue or where to go for help, so you end up feeling a little bounced around.

We use Foxit at our company, the admin side has been frustrating. Some settings are buried in weird places, deployment took longer than we expected, and managing users just feels messier than it should. It does work once everything is set up, but every little change turns into extra clicks, double-checking, and wondering why it isn’t more straightforward. Support was decent enough, but not exactly quick. For something aimed at businesses, I really expected the whole admin experience to feel a lot smoother.

"Not exactly what I thought, but it gets the job done"
I’ll be honest, I felt a little misled at first because I expected something slightly different from the way it was presented. That said, it does have pretty much everything I need for my PDF work, and I haven’t run into any real issues using it.

I’ve been using Foxit mostly for the accessibility features, and they make a real difference for me. The text reflow, read aloud option, and the zoom are the things I end up using the most, especially when I’m dealing with long PDFs and my eyes are already tired… which seems to happen more often than I want to admit.
It handles tagged PDFs well too, and the keyboard shortcuts are useful when I don’t feel like clicking around everywhere. It’s not flawless every single time, but compared to what I was using before, it’s been a much smoother experience. I’m happy with it overall...

"I’ve been using Foxit here and…"
I’ve been using foxit here and there for PDFs, mostly when I need to open something, make a quick edit, or leave a note. At first I had to poke around a bit because a few buttons weren’t exactly where I expected them to be, but after a little while it started to feel normal. The layout is nice enough and the tools aren’t hard to find. Nothing too fancy for me, but it does what I need without making things complicated

I use Foxit on both my laptop and phone, and the cloud sync has made things a lot easier. My PDFs are usually right there when I need them, even if I can’t remember which device I saved them on. I haven’t had any major problems so far, though once or twice it seemed to take a minute to update. Has anyone else noticed that? Overall, it’s simple and does what I need.
